I am getting Married !

Close up

So remember that one time on October 8th 2009 Nathan Robert Dunham decided to propose to Stephanie Ellen Nielsen. Oh how it will be a day i shall never forget. We decided to get Thai food after an interesting day filled with Stephanie being extremely sassy to Nathan for no good reason. We eat Thai everything is peachy and he said hey lets go back to Shells house. So we head back to shells and he said hey I made ya somethin.. and he said its behind the seat. To my surprise he had this precious green back with tissue paper and inside were 30 chocolate dipped fortune cookies that had "love fortunes" inside. Each fortune cookie had a reason why he loved me.We finished opening them up at a nearby park. Tender I tell ya. After I open them all up he says hey you forgot one. He pulls another fortune cookie out of his pocket and it reads " look in your purse" as I walk to my purse in search of another fortune I turn around to tell him there is NO fortune in my purse sweets, he says oh weird there is one on the ground. I pick it up. open it. BAM. The ring of my dreams was INSIDE the fortune cookie. He hugged me, got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. I said YESSSSSSSSSS.The end.

He bought me a ring that I am absolutely infatuated with. It is elegant/vintage/wide band/not on high prongs/exactly what I have been picturing in my mind for years.Love it. Love him. Love it all

Happalicious

Today is Saturday August 15th! Which means two things .... 1. Jessica Livingstons baby shower that I am entirely excited to attend, and it is also my parents 28th year Anniversary! Oh precious parentals how stoked I am for you. 28 years of bliss. With 4 healthy children all growed up and a darling granddaughter on the way.. I'd say my parents did a fabulous job in raising us little tikes. Cheers to good parents!

Yesterday I went to the beach with my dear friends carli morasco and jessica livingston. We packed up and took off around 11 AM and decided we wanted some food before we headed to carlsbad. Submarina sounded good so we grabbed some sandwiches and ate them on the sannnd. It was extremely tasty. Oh and P.S. Submarina is one million times better than subway - for three main reasons 1. pickles are better 2. bread is always more fresh 3. they give you more meat. Wam bam thank you mam, submarina wins. We had fun laughing and remoniscing about old times and discussing our "curses" .. it was a hoot and a half to say the least.

After the beach Nate and I went over to the Livingstons for dinner and had such a blast. We watched the ringer and ate burritos. Silly glen and thomas (from that movie) craaaack me up. Those of you who have seen it know what im talking about : " Should I wear my shirt up or down... or up.. or down. or .... up .. or POSSIBLY.. Down." or when winston says " When the Eff did we get ice cream?" Good times

<>.<>.<>Summer loving <>.<>.<>

I am so excited to be here in California for the summmaa. I don't know if any of you notice at all but I've come to the realization that people tend to be much happier in the summer time. The sun is shining , the weather is warm, people are outside more often mingling with their neighbors, the beaches are packed, we get to wear shorts and bathing suits, and sandals, and in my case I dont go to schoool ! its a party everyday and I love it. Water parks are readily available to go to and pools are the perfect place to read a book and relaxxx. its like that mika song " take it easssssssssssssssssayyyy" you know. That singers voice sounds very similar to Freddy Mercurys. I dont know why I think that but I just do.

I really enjoy observing people. I went to the fair last night with my friend Jillian! It was so interesting to watch all of the different kinds of people and their ness. Small girls wearing close to nothing, couples making out in line, huge obese humans on their wheel chairs yelling at the crowds to move out of their way, hypnotist shows, random food, a plethora of smells, stomach turning rides, carnys, etc etc etc. . . Those dang carny's sure are a sight to see. Some of them are such creepers, they smile at you with their missing teeth and uncombed greasy hair, " I'll give you one try for free little lady" woof. ahah

So I went to the fair with Jillian ( a radical girl from work ) and we ran into some bossinova people like Jess Hulka, Steph B, Conor Riley, Ryan Weber and his friend Greg. we had a blast. Greg bought fried frog legs and we tried it, woof tasted kind of like chicken but I couldn't get past the fact that I was eating a frog. I used to catch them and play with them when I was a wee tike, so it was kind of strange having my friends in my mouth. We also went on the SLINGSHOT ! 100 miles an hour straight up in the air and back down head first in this huge spinning ball. Awesome- to say the least. We went on speed twice ( mah favorite riiide ever) and zipper. Zipper is awesome for those of you who have not been. Talk about a tickly stomach adventure. Loved it. Good times. Let's go back !

My birthday is coming up and i am excited. 4th of July is next Saturday and I got work off, therefore I want to party all day long at a pool or beach. and I mean all day. Never get sick of being in the sun. I'm going to go play at the Moores house now, it's time for me to leave. I love you. The end.

Fact: Bears eat Beats. Battlestar gallactica

Lifes Been good to me so far:

Haha So, I've tried on several occasions to sneeze in an appropriate manner which is to sneeze normal/quiet and I just can't do it. Doctors offices, during class, in a serious conversation . . I sneeze and I sneeze loud and silly. Everyone knows what I'm talking about , they have heard this wild and crazy kid sneeze. I am fairly certain I got this from my father.
I'm okay with that.

OH and P.S. . humans I got a job at Plato's Closet. Here is the scoop on that store. Back in 2004 Tim and Denise Dabbs owned the Escondido Platos Closet store ( In target shopping center). I was hired when they opened and worked there for 2ish years and just so happened to LOVE it. yada yada ... Then a few years later they sold the store to a couple, hoping they were puting the store in good hands. I suppose something happened when the new owners ran the place out of business..... they bailed and took everything with them. Currently, Tim and Denise decided to buy the store back and reopen! I have returned to work as a buyer there and am stoked. So guess what everyone? Platos Closet is open to BUY right now. Go through your closets, wash your clothes, and bring them in bags or boxes so that we can give you cash for your clothes. No consignment or anything, you literally walk in drop off your stuff, we give you a time frame on how long it will take then you come back and if we can buy your items we will give you cash right on the spot. Pretty legit if you ask me. July 1st Platos is open for purchasing ! So mark your calendars... we've already got some awesome stuff in there.

Here are the things we are looking for: Note ....We are looking for CURRENT Teen styles. Clothing that has been sold new in stores within the last year to year and a half. If the item is current, and in GOOD condition we will buy it.
  • Purses
  • Jewelery
  • shoes
  • DVDs
  • Books ( hardback only)
  • Mens clothing ( sizes 28-40)
  • Womens clothing (00-16)
  • Hats
  • Bathing suits ( ONLY if they are new)
If you have any questions at all. Ask me or check out their website : http://platoscloset.com/

Oh shiiiiz I actually got one.

Oh hey. So here's what happened. I was browsing through Saster niiiiks blog today and I read a smidge of her most recent postings and it said something along the lines of "these are the people I think should have blogs but do not" yada yada. My name was in there! I'll have you all know I did indeed make a blog when I got back from Hawaii, but I never posted any "blogs" or whatev. So here is to a brand new blog, and I intend to update it as much as possible.... so there you have it.

Utah ness...

I'll tell you what, I sure do miss my broseph Christopher Charles and saster Shull and Broseph in law Logs. I had the privilage of staying with them while I visited Utah a couple of weeks ago. I absolutely loved my visit there! I had so much fun reuniting with friends from Hawaii and hanging out with family. It's so rad to see Michelle and Logan all married and established there in Provo. You know when you can look at a couple and just know that they are in love? Well folks they are that couple ( same with saster nik and gleggles of course) but I was just so impressed with the way they treated each other. I felt the spirit so strong in their little abode (which actually is Arica and Andrews place) and I enjoyed every second of it. I plan on going back there in a month or so before I head back to the island.

I was able to spend a lot of time with Chris while I was there and we had oodles of fun togetha. We did all sorts of shenanigans like concerts, ice cream partays, garage sales, movies, etc... Good times good company. His place is awesome , and I was able to meet one of his room mates.. seems like a supper nice guy! Either way he's got good friends there and he seems to be busy all of the time which is great news to my heart. I think i'm done now. Until next time?
